  • ½ cup hummus
  • 1 Tablespoon beveri rBGH Free Whey Protein, unflavored
  • ½ cucumber
  • 3 slices tomato
  • ½ cup baby spinach, washed
  • 1 whole wheat sandwich wrap

Directions

  1. Add whey protein powder to hummus, mix well
  2. Spread hummus mixture onto sandwich wrap
  3. Layer on cucumber and tomato
  4. Add baby spinach
  5. Roll wrap and eat
