  • 1 scoop beveri rBGH Free Whey Protein, unflavored
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl
  2. When well blended, form 4 patties
  3. Grill over medium heat for 15 minutes, flipping once
  4. Place burgers on buns and dress to taste
